Drawing in the crowds

SETTLE Area Swimming Pool 200 Club: in celebration of the Settle Flowerpot Festival, the August draw for the Settle Area Swimming Pool 200 club was made by Steve Amphlett, one of the festival organisers, at the festival workshop at Watershed Mill, Settle.

The winners were: £50 Susan Maudsley 6; £30 Ann Bott 130; and £20 Jean Lonsdale 14. Congratulations to the winners, who have been notified and thanks to all club members for their continuing support for the pool.

The free Settle Flowerpot Festival continues until September 5. Visitors can buy a flowerpot trail and quiz leaflet giving directions to three different trails, each for a different part of the town.
